How Chroma works

Overview

Chroma is the first prediction market on Robinhood Chain. You pair a Yes/No question to a coin that already lives on Pons. The token stays on Pons. The book lives here. You never buy or sell that coin from this interface — you trade whether the event happens.

Launchers write the question. Traders take Yes or No. Creators earn a cut of the book they open. Chroma does not mint tokens, run a curve, or custody funds. Your wallet signs. The desk quotes the outcome.

Chroma is live on Robinhood Chain. Connect a wallet, paste a PONS CA, write the question, and sign. Yes/No books open on that pair. Wallet connect is real. Your wallet signs every launch and fill.

Launching

A Chroma launch is three steps: paste a PONS CA, write the question, sign. You do not deploy an ERC-20, and you do not name or ticker a token. Those already live on Pons. If you create the market, you earn 1% of the Yes/No volume generated on that book. The book opens the moment you sign.

Who can launch: connect a wallet and pair a question. Anyone can trade Yes and No on books other people create.

PONS coins

Every market is paired to a PONS coin. Chart, market cap, and tape on a Chroma page are that coin's context, not a trade ticket. Chroma only quotes Yes and No.

Markets

One desk: Yes / No. Yes pays $1 if the event happens. No pays $1 if it does not. The question is written at launch and cannot be edited afterwards.

• The PONS CA is the pairing. Chroma does not mint, migrate, or sell that token.
• Yes and No open the moment the market is signed.
• Resolution is not automatic yet. The question is the narrative until an oracle is attached.

Risks

• A Yes/No share can resolve to zero. Being early does not mean being right.
• The paired PONS coin can go to zero. That is not a Chroma position, but it is the story of the pair.
• Oracle gaps, sequencer downtime, and smart-contract bugs are part of the surface.
• This interface is not an official Robinhood product. Robinhood Chain is the settlement layer, not the operator.
